DL Travels and Tours Services Limited acts strictly as an agent for the Service Providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, etc.). We do not own, manage, or operate any of the travel services and, as such, have no control over the services rendered by them.
All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms and conditions of the relevant Service Provider. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the booking and the associated costs. This confirmation is not a guarantee that the Service Provider will fulfill the service, but rather confirmation that we have processed your request.
You agree to pay the full price for all bookings, including any applicable taxes and fees, as displayed on the Platform.
Any request for cancellation or modification of a Booking must be submitted to DL Travels and Tours in writing.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed after the Service Provider confirms the cancellation and releases the funds to DL Travels and Tours. Processing times for refunds are determined by the Service Provider and may vary.
The Platform is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with Service Providers.

All prices listed on the Platform are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on the currency indicated. Currency conversions are for reference only, and the actual rate applied will be determined by your bank or the Service Provider at the time of payment.
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that they possess all necessary travel documents (including passports, visas, health certificates, and other identification) required by the relevant authorities of all countries on their itinerary. DL Travels and Tours accepts no liability for the Customer's failure to secure the appropriate documents.
The Platform, including all content, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DL Travels and Tours Services Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Platform.
